Nimo Box requests certain permissions from Users so as to allow Nimo Box to access the User's device Data as described below.

These permissions shall be granted by the Users before the respective personal information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, such permissions can be revoked by the Users at any time. In order to revoke such permissions, Users shall refer to the device settings or contact the responsible persons of Nimo Box at the contact details.

The exact procedure in respect of controlling applications permissions is conditional on the Users' devices and software.

Kindly be noted that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of Nimo Box.

If the Users grant any of the permissions listed below, the corresponding Personal Data will be processed, i.e., accessed to, modified or removed, from time to time, by Nimo Box.

Used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device.

2. Record Audio permission

Allows an application to record audio.

3. Read Phone State permission

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any Phone Accounts registered on the device.

Used for accessing shared external storage, including reading and adding of any necessary items.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and analyze the use of Nimo Box, to prepare reports on its routine activities and share them with other Google services when necessary.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Legal action

In addition to the information aforementioned, Nimo Box may provide the Users with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and process of Personal Data when there arises such a request.

System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance purposes, Nimo Box and any third-party service providers may collect files that track and record Users interactive use in Nimo Box (system logs) or other non-Personal-Data in order to fulfill the previous purpose, such as Users IP Address.

Information collected automatically from Nimo Box (or third party services employed by Nimo Box), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use Nimo Box, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit e.g., the time spent on each page within the applications, and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User's IT environment.

User

The individual using Nimo Box, which must coincide with or be authorized by the Data Subject, to whom the Personal Data refers.

Data Controller

The natural person, legal person, public administration or any other body, association or organization with the right, also jointly with another Data Controller, to make decisions regarding the purposes, and the methods of processing of Personal Data and the means used, including the security measures concerning the operation and use of Nimo Box.
